Terms and conditions

This document governs the use of the BookLab online shop (booklabtienda.es) and the purchase of goods through it.

1. General information

2. Goods and prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and are final: nothing is added at checkout except delivery, which is shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, which does not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Orders

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. The contract of sale is concluded at the moment of that confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout, in a secure environment.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on the Delivery and payment page.

6. Cancellation and returns

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, under European consumer law. Goods must be returned in proper condition. To arrange a return, write to admin@booklabtienda.es.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain.
